One of the biggest problems in this world is balance. The problem is people keep trying to balance things. And balance is important. So you're probably thinking, "....so, ummm, where is the problem."

Well here it is. Like I was saying, balance is important. And people are always trying to keep things in balance, and balance things out, make everything fair for everyone. The important thing to remember about all this is the universe doesn't see things the same way you do.

See, what may seem slightly out of whack to you, when you try the fix it, the universe is sitting there, and then you try to balance whatever it is, and the universe it like, "Hey, hey, wait, what are you doing!? No! Stop that! FUCK!" And then it has to go and balance everything out again.

Why do we fuck this up so bad? Reference points and relationships. See, the thing is, the only meaning anything has is what it means in relation to everything else. So we sit here, and we see something that looks unbalanced, and we balance it out. But we're only seeing it in relation to our own experience and it's immediate environment. The universe is able to see things in relation to everything else. So it has a much better sense of what balances out what.

So the point I'm trying to make here is STOP TRYING TO FIX THINGS. No, I'm serious. The universe has been chugging along quite nicely for several billion years now. And as I have pointed out on more than one occasion, the universe is smarter than you are. It does not need your help, but if it ever does, I'm sure it will let you know. So stop making laws. Stop preaching forgiveness and teaching people to be nicer to watch what they say and watch what they do. Stop trying to change people. If people are going to change, they're going to do it themselves, the way they're intended to, as a means of balancing out whatever the universe feels needs to be balanced out. Stop concerning yourself with everything else and just stick to what you do and what you want to do and you'll be fine. Let the universe take care of it's fucking self.
